Career Achievements

·        2023-5 successfully managed and delivered vehicle platform engineering, optimising design and manufacturing solutions for 3 different vehicle lines, especially by implementing design review tools, bringing value to time, quality and cost throughout the vehicle development process, while maintaining engineering excellence and reducing investment by £20 million without compromising technical performance

·        Between 2020 and 1st quarter of 2022, led and generated over £2.8 million on small medium enterprises (SMEs) support by managing and designing New Product Development projects. Successfully delivered over 25 design & manufacturing consulting projects, which range from initial concept design to complex engineering integration. Successfully directed and implemented solutions for businesses to achieve growth and value creation and innovation applications, while managing interdisciplinary teams to achieve high value propositions into products

·       Starting 2018, successfully introduced a novel automotive and transport visualisation process to Jaguar Land Rover, by implementing emerging technologies which utilise a variety of simulation techniques, aiming for zero-defect prototypes. Through this advanced visualisation, it was possible to secure the investment and sign-off of 5 high profile transport projects, from public mobility to sports cars, while assessing perceived quality, human factors and optical performance, producing outputs for companies such as Tata, TVS and Transport Design International

·       In 2014 at Dyson, reduced the DC50 model recall lead time by working on continuous improvement schemes through testing and validation methodologies. Design robustness and performance verification using various heavy testing schemes. These actively contributed to production feasibility, while fulfilling concurrent engineering environment requirements and delivering reduction of time-to-market while improving accuracy in specification

·       In 2013, New product development project for Procter & Gamble to devise a robust testing methodology for a newly developed production line technology for P&G’s Global Prestige Division. Recommendations for technology improvement introduced in their New Castle facilities, which complement a wider program of strategic R&D actions, while working with P&G managers to deliver high value innovations in their production lines.

·       In 2011, Engineering and prototyping of a “new cleaning appliance” for Samsung Design Europe, through a technology driven approach, seeking for new USP implementation in a home appliance markets
